At 40 I've been in 2 serious relationships. The 1st as a kid I f*&63d-up. Have grown apart on this last one, tried to make it work we had lots together (materialistically) but its not happening. Finishing grad-school - Nurse Practitioner and rolling into a PhD program (I think)... Thats my gig other than trying to give my little one all the opportunity that was lacking in my growing up. I'm bummed that we couldn't work it out but if you have an unhappy partner, you're just deceiving yourself. But I am a social animal and I dislike being alone. I'm not needy but I do need. So I'm looking...

What kind of person are you interested in meeting?
Intelligent, fit (but not perfect), kids or not, non-smoker. Definitely a laid back personality and sumone that needs but is not needy.

What sort of relationship would you like at this point in your life.
Rite now, a good friend that's willing to be intimate.

What about your life are you most proud of (besides your kids)?
If I finish this Phd that would be cool cuz I come from a box of rocks. God love em, they gave there all so we could be whatever we wanted to be. My folks, probably the most intelligent uneducated people in the world. I call it a Phd in life.

Thai, Mexican and meat.

Retired from Navy where I was a nurse. Worked as a civilian in ER/Trauma primarily. Haven't worked for 2 years cuz I'm going to school and cuz I can afford not too. But I aint rich!

What do you enjoy doing for fun?
Not much now... Guess that mite have been part of the problem. But I run, I'd go to a bar but I dont drink. From Colorado originally so after 5yrs I'm still learning about this "Salt Life."

What do you hate doing?
I dont think I hate anything, its just has to fit with my schedule of school and taking my little one to gymnastics.

The "Rockies" good ole Colorado. I havent seen snow in so long that it seem unnatural.

Good shape for 40, could be better but I could be worse...
